As the owner of Le Bella Salon & Medspa, Leah has a passion for the spa and salon industry that fuels the best possible customer service available. She had a vision to create a beautiful, Tuscan, at-home-feel environment to pamper our clients. Leah owes her inspiration and her knowledge of skin to 10 years in the medical field. She is a certified laser skin specialist. She was one of the first three people in Arizona to have the fractional co2 (mixto) skin resurfacing laser. Leah has extensive training with Dr. Daniel Casuto from Italy and with Dr. Kofford from Dana point, California in skin resurfacing. She also has extensive training in PhotoFacials, hair removal and acne. Aside from being an owner, Leah devotes several days a week to working with her clients to better their skin and self esteem.

Dr. Berardi grew up in Glendale, Arizona where he attended Deer valley high school and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Berardi attended northern Arizona University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in medical microbiology. He later attended the University of Arizona for medical school. Dr. Berardi performed a 5 year integrated residency program in general and plastic surgery at the university of Texas medical branch. Here, he received extensive training in cosmetic surgery of the face and body, facial trauma surgery, burn reconstruction, cancer reconstruction (including breast), cleft lip and palate surgery, microsurgery, hand surgery.

 

While perfecting her skills, Julie traveled extensively earning over a total of fifteen degrees and diplomas in permanent cosmetics. Among them, she graduated as a certified registered Electropigmentologist, CEP. Thereafter Julie was certified by the Holla'e Methode in Manhattan in a course of advanced medical grade-scar camouflage and areola repigmentation. She was one of the original three pioneering permanent cosmetics artists in Arizona and she has maintained an excellent reputation with her Medical Restorative Make-up, which has earned her much recognition in local publications and television specials, with several awards and honors to her name.

 

Karen has 24 years experience working with men and women, 5 years continuing education instructor in Illinois, Platform artist, Backstage and runway experience. Karens education consists of Hair Cutting and Styling at Mr Robert's Beauty School in Chicago, Badal's Continuing Education Advanced cutting classes. Hair Coloring at Goldwell and Pravana Classes. She is an expert in color (Corrective, Weaves, Highlighting, Lowlighting), Cutting/Shaping, Styling (Wedding & Formal Updos).

 

Shelley has the ability to listen to her clients and provide the perfect blend of color, cut, and style, satisfying even the most discerning client. During her thirty year career, Shelley has earned not only the utmost trust and respect of her clients but also that of her peers. She is originally from Michigan but has been enjoying the beautiful Arizona desert for the past 11 years. Shelley keeps herself grounded and fit by teaching her other passion, yoga.

 

Kris has been a licensed hair stylist for ten years, is originally from Indianapolis, IN and has lived in Arizona for five years. She is very talented at men's and women's cuts, highlighting, low-lighting and corrective color. Kris has formal education in Paul Mitchell, L'Oreal, and Wella color. In addition, she also travels to salons throughout the valley training other stylists in Phyto hair care products. Her top priority is to give her clients the best cut and color experience while in her chair.

 

Corissa is an Arizona native and has been a licensed hairstylist for seven years. She was one of the top graduates from Carsten Institute of Hair and Beauty. She has a huge passion for creative hair design and truly enjoys making her clients look and feel the best they can! Corissa is very talented at women's and men's haircuts as well as highlighting, corrective color and beautiful blow outs.

 

Erica Picard has been in the valley since 1996 but grew up in a small rural town in Rhode Island. Since graduating from Toni and Guy Academy in 2004, Erica still holds the same passion and excitement about her job and clients. Graduating top of her class and with the "student of the year" award from Vidal Saasoon, Erica continues to seek out the latest trends in color, highlights, cuts and fashion. With continued education from Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell and SoCap Hair Extensions, Erica is confident you will be more than satisfied with your new look! During her free time, you'll find Erica at the gym coaching group classes at Core Crossfit, or prepping for her next fitness competition.
